- Information such as guest name, contact details, and payment information must be accurately provided; reservations may be cancelled if information is falsified or incomplete.

- Prices include applicable taxes at the time of booking, but may change if tax rates update by law before your stay.
- Rates, offers, and special discounts may change without notice; extensions of stay will be at the rate available at the time of extension request.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Free cancellation ( 100% refund) if you cancel this booking before 48hrs of the check-in time before arrival may be allowed with a full or partial refund; otherwise, cancellation charges will apply.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
- Cancellation terms: some bookings are non-refundable or non-cancellable, especially special offers.
Check-in, Check-out, and Guest Obligations
- Valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.) is required during check-in; for foreign nationals, a Passport with valid visa is must.
- Check-in and check-out times are standard, e.g., check-in at 12:00 PM, check-out at 11 AM; late check-out may incur additional charges.
- Children’s policies, extra bed charges, and occupancy limits may apply.
- Early check-in is subject to availability and chargeable.
Use of Personal Information
- By booking, guests consent to the collection and processing of personal and payment information strictly for reservation and hospitality purposes.
- Hotels may validate credit card details before confirming the reservation.
Liability and Force Majeure
- The hotel is not liable for damages or losses caused by circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).
- The hotel may cancel reservations if it believes the booking is fraudulent or invalid, with no compensation for the guest.
Changes to Terms
Hotels reserve the right to amend their terms and conditions at any time, and the hotel’s current terms at the time of stay will apply.
These are general guidelines; always check the hotel website’s specific terms and conditions before completing a reservation, as policies do vary between properties and regions.
